| 摘 要： | 侦查作为刑事诉讼的重要阶段,既对刑事诉讼的结果产生重要影响,本身又具有独立的价值。社会的发展、科技的进步、法治建设的推进使得传统的侦查模式和侦查理论滞后于形势发展的需求。借力科技的进步,在新的侦查科技力的推动下,构建轨迹侦查模式和理论对于应对各类刑事犯罪的高发和法制进步带来的挑战具有重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Criminal investigation is not only an important stage of criminal procedure but also the key of criminal procedure which has its unique value.With the development of society,the progress of science and technology and the promotion of the rule of law,the traditional mode and theory of criminal investigation cannot satisfy the actual needs.With the progress of science and technology promoted by the ability of detection technology,constructing trajectory mode of investigation and theory has an important value in dealing with all kinds of crimes in progress and legal challenges. |
