| 摘 要： | 动产担保物权在性质、内容上的相容性,决定了在同一物上设定数个动产担保物权的可能性;而物权所特有的支配与排他的属性,又决定了在同一物上并存的数个动产担保物权之间发生冲突的必然性。这种冲突既关系到相关当事人合法权益的实现,又影响了担保交易的适用,因此,应当设立一些解决冲突的基本规则。

| Abstract: | The compatibility of protection of chattel on character and content will determine the feasibility of couple protection of chattel on one content. The nature special in domination and repellency of the chattel will result in antagonism of several chattels on the same content. The realization of validity right and transaction protection related parties will be influenced by the antagonism. It is necessary to set up some basic rules for resolve such antagonism. |
