试论大学生的交往教育

交往能力是大学生社会化的一个重要方面,交往教育的实施有助于大学生的身心健康,有利于大学生的成功成才,提高社会适应能力,但是目前部分大学生的交往存在障碍,因此加强大学生的交往教育。提高大学生的交往能力具有重要意义。文章着重从注重交往知识的教育,营造良好的交往环境及组织开展社会实践活动三个方面分析了如何培养和提高大学生的交往能力。

The contact ability of university students is an important aspect of university student socialization , implementation of communication education contribute to the physical and mental health of university students, is conducive to the success of students talent, improve social adaptability.
