| 摘 要： | 农民合作经济组织是在我国市场经济环境中发育起来的一种独立的经济组织形式。目前,全国已建立了14万个农民合作经济组织,但这些组织普遍存在法律缺位、法律主体地位不明确等问题,这些问题的存在严重制约了农民合作经济组织的发展。因此,应该加快这方面的立法进程,尽快确立农民合作经济组织的法人地位。

| Abstract: | The farmers' cooperation business organization is an indepedent organizational form that has grown to meet the demand of the market economy.Now there are 140 thousand such organizations all over the country.But the country has no a special law for them,and their legal subjective status is indeterminate,which restrains their further development.Therefore,we should speed up the process of legislation in this field and set the status of the organization as a legal person as soon as possible. |
