| 摘 要： | 面对山西民用爆炸物品管理失控的现状,公安机关作为民用爆炸物品管理的主要力量,应从改变管理工作方式入手,针对民用爆炸物品静态目标、动态目标和爆破振源目标引入高科技管理手段,加强探测发现、定位技术手段的研发与应用,提高管理效率。
