新时期我国企业文化建设浅见

企业化建设是实现企业管理现代化的重要手段，是我国企业参与国际竞争，在世界市场占有一席之地并不断发展壮大的必然要求。我国的企业化建设应该从内外两方面入手，既要改革现行的经济体制，建立并完善现代企业制度，营造健康积极的法制环境，为企业确立正确的长期发展目标创造外部环境条件；同时，又要实现思想观念和思维方式的转变，确立以“创新”为核心，以“和谐”为基础的企业化理念，创造追求卓越与内外和谐有机统一的企业化精神。

A Superficial View on Construction of Enterprise Culture in Our Country in New Period

Construction of enterprise culture is the important means to realize modernization of enterprise management,is a necessary demand for our enterprises in participation of international competition,in having a place in world market and in continuous development.The construction of our enterprise culture should start from both inside and outside.We should reform existent economic system,establish and perfect modern enterprise system,build a healthy and active legal environment and create external environment condition for enterprises to set up correct long-term goal of development;at the same time,we should change our ideology and ways of thinking,establish the concept of enterprise culture with innovation as the core and harmony as the basis and create the spirit of enterprise culture which pursues brilliance and harmonious organic unity.
