| 摘 要： | 腐败是各国政府普遍存在的通病,而警察执法腐败是司法腐败的重要表现形式之一。警察和公众的接触,大多数是通过执法活动来进行的。本文从警察执法中出现的腐败现象的涵义、类型、原因作了较系统的分析,并提出了防控腐败的策略。
