东北区域民营企业家成长的动力机制探析——以吉林省民营企业为背景的实证研究

企业家成长动力机制的核心是以经济体制、文化体制和宏观政策制度为载体的运行机制,是驱动企业家成长的根本性动力。动力机制的高效、协调运转是促进企业家成长的基础和保障。通过对吉林省境内的500余家民营企业的708名企业家成长的环境进行实证研究证明,构建高效运转的动力机制,驱动东北区域民营企业家成长的核心应是创新文化体制、完善宏观政策制度、加快市场化进程、建立企业家市场、加强培养规划、完善培养机制。

An Analysis on the Motivation System for the Development of Private Enterprisers in Northeast China
