| 摘 要： | 《小组工作》课程的实验教学,就是将所学的理论和方法,通过专业性的方法训练,具体运用到具有预防、治疗和发展的小组方法实践中。研究发现：引入学生助教开展实验教学,通过教师、助教和学生的配合行动,是充分利用资源,提高学生理论知识和实务技能的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Experimental teaching of ＂group work＂ course is to apply the theory and method learned in the practice of team approach of prevention,treatment and development by professional method training.The research reveals that the practice of using student teaching assistants in carrying out experiments and cooperating actions of teachers,teaching assistants and students are effective ways to make full use of resources and improve student theoretical knowledge and practical skills. |
