| 摘 要： | 法律职业对于从业者的心理功能有特定的要求。MBTI性格类型理论揭示了性格类型与法律职业的关联,以及不同性格类型在法律会谈、法律调解、法律谈判、压力管理等不同工作情境中的内在倾向。MBTI性格类型理论无论对作为个体的法律人和还是对作为整体的法律职业,在自我完善方面都具有重要的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Legal profession has some specific requirements of lawyers＇ psychological functions.MBTI psychological type theory reveals the correlation of psychological types and legal profession,suggests the internal inclination of different psychological types in the context of legal interview,legal mediation,legal negotiation,and stress management.MBTI psychological type theory may contribute to the self-perfection to individual lawyers as well as legal profession as a whole. |
