| Abstract: | This article reviews the history of the two legal systems coexisting during the War of Resistance against Japan: the legal system of the Communist Party of China and that of the Chinese Guomindang Party, the then party in office. The article summarizes causative and contributive factors of the "one country, two systems" conditions during that time, probes and ponders over the main content of the two systems for commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the victory of the Anti-Japan War. |
