试论市场经济条件下加强和改进党员教育管理工作

保持党员思想的先进性和纯洁性 ,重在教育 ,贵在管理。党员队伍的主流是好的 ,但也存在着一些不容忽视的问题。各级党组织要结合新形势下党员教育管理工作中出现的新情况、新问题 ,切实把党员教育管理工作摆上重要位置 ;着眼党员队伍思想出现的新情况 ,坚持把党员教育管理工作着力点放在增强党员的党性观念上 ;抓住关键环节 ,研究党员教育管理的新情况 ,争取工作的主动权 ;立足长远 ,在基层党组织中建立一支素质高、能力强的党务工作骨干队伍。

PROBE INTO THE STRENGTHENING AND IMPROVING THE EDUCATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE PARTY MEMBERS UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF MARKET ECONOMY

Stress must be laid on the education and management to keep the thought of the Party members advancing and pure.The majority of the Party members are good,but still there exist some problems that cann't be negnected.The Party organizations of various levels should lay the education and management of the Party members on an important position,mainly they should adhere to strengthening the Party's spirit of the members,grasp the keylink to research the new conditions of the education and management of the Party members and try to gain the initiative as well as look far and wide to set up a mainstay staff with high quality and ability in the basic Party organizations.
