| 摘 要： | 为探讨Fas在内毒素(ET)致大鼠肝细胞凋亡中的作用,将48只SD大鼠随机分为2组,1组为对照组(静脉注射生理盐水),2组为内毒素组(静脉注射内毒素5mg/kg)。分别在注射后第3、4、8、12h每组各剖杀6只大鼠,采取肝,用流式细胞术检测肝细胞凋亡情况,用免疫组织化学技术观察内毒素对肝细胞Fas表达的影响。结果显示,2组的肝细胞凋亡率明显高于1组(P0.01),且随着时间的延长呈上升趋势;2组的Fas积分光密度明显高于1组(P0.01),且一直呈上升趋势。结果表明,ET通过上调肝细胞中Fas的表达,可显著介导肝细胞的凋亡。
