| 摘 要： | 2009年年底,中央经济工作会议对调整经济结构、提高经济发展质量和效益作出了战略部署,要求以优化经济结构、提高自主创新能力为重点,不断在经济发展方式转变上取得实质性进展。深入剖析转变经济发展方式的背景和内涵并在此基础上提出滨海新区要实现经济发展方式的转变,就必须重视产业、消费、科技、投资、政策五大动力。

| Abstract: | The end of 2009 Central Economic Work Conference on the adjustment of economic structure and improving the quality and efficiency of economic development has made a strategic, required to optimize the economic structure,improve independent innovation capacity, focusing on continuous changes in the way of economic development has made substantial progress. This mode of economic development to change the background and content analyzed on the basis of Binhai New Area to achieve the proposed change in the pattern of economic development must pay attention to industrial, consumer, technology,investment, policy five power. |
