| 摘 要： | 根据科学发展观，在处理党团关系时应遵循以下要求：第一，要以发展的眼光保持共青团坚决拥护中国共产党的领导；第二，坚持以人为本，充分发挥共青团的主观能动性；第三，坚持统筹与可持续发展，保持共青团的先进性与群众性相统一。

| Abstract: | Based on the View of Scientific Development we should follow the following principles when dealing with the relationship between Chinese Communist Party （C. C. P. ） and Communist Youth League （C. Y. L. ）： first, with development view, we should make sure the C. Y. L. firmly support the leadership of C. C. P. ; second, adhering to people - orientation, we should make the C. Y.L. play its imitative; third; sticking to co - ordination and sustainable development, we should realize the unity of advance and mass features of the C. Y. L. |
