| 摘 要： | 近期,越来越多的警察学研究者提出创建独立的警察学学科,并在理论界引起了一定的影响。但是,在研究的过程中,有一个问题始终困扰着我们:那就是西方到底有没有警察学,或者说西方的“警察学”研究是建立在一个什么样的基础之上?要了解这一问题,应从西方“警察学”的理论框架、研究机构和人员等方面进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Recently, more and more researchers of Police Science raise the idea to build an independent Police Science learning subject which produce some certain effects in theory field. However, during our study progress,the problem always trouble us is that whether there exist Police Science or not. In other words, what's the foundation of western Police Science Study? To realize this subject,we should approach it from the theory frame of western Police Science, study institution and personnel. |
