东北老工业基地产业集聚的影响因素分析

世界上绝大多数的产业集聚是在市场机制作用下逐步自发形成的,而东北老工业基地由于体制机制等方面的原因,自发形成的很少,且大部分是在政府主导下形成的。因此,学术界对该地区制造业集聚的研究一直游离于产业集聚理论与实证研究之外。地级市级以上为研究的地理单位,运用主成分回归方法对东北老工业基地产业集聚影响因素进行分析,以期寻求东北地区经济发展内在动力和外部资源有机结合的制度路径。

Study the influential factors of Industrial Agglomeration in Northeast China

With "city" as a geographical unit,this paper makes a study of the factors that have impacts on the Northeast of China's industrial agglomerations based on the regression models for principal component analysis.The influential factors include economy,population and investment environment.It is hoped that the current study can offer insights as to the institution or practice combining organically the internal drives and external resources of the Northeast of China's economic development.
