我国现阶段限制死刑适用的构想

在当今国际社会中,废除死刑是人类文明前进的方向,我国废除死刑也是必然的.但我国现阶段还不具备废除死刑的条件,死刑废除还不能被立法机关及大多数民众所接受.那么就需要在制度层面和操作层面上严格限制死刑的适用,努力减少死刑的判决和执行,以期让废除死刑在我国成为可能.因此,完善死刑限制制度是我国的当务之急.

In now international society,to abolish the death penalty is the advance direction of human civilization,and is also inevitable in our country.But at present stage,our country does not have the condition to abolish death penalty,because it can't be undertaken by legislature and great majority publics.So,we should confine the applying of death penalty from both the system and the handling practice,making great efforts to cut down the adjudgment of death penalty,in order to make the possibility of which come true.Therefore,the perfection of limit death penalty system is a task of top priority of our country's.
