| Abstract: | The consciousness of citizens is an aspect of the social consciousness, which has an opposite reaction to the social being. The consciousness of citizens is the basis of the execution of public security, whereas the execution of public security is the basis of the consciousness of citizens. They promote, influence, and interact mutually. Paying attention to the cultivation and strengthen of the consciousness of citizens is the correct choice of innovative development of public security men's law-enforcing work under the new situation. |
