| 摘 要： | 公平正义是人类社会发展的重要目标,更是社会主义的本质要求。从一定意义上讲,公平正义是社会主义的代名词。没有公平正义的价值追求就没有社会主义。公平正义是社会主义最核心的价值追求,是社会主义实践的价值目标,是构建社会主义和谐社会的价值准则。
