| 摘 要： | 网络金融是网络信息技术与现代金融相结合的产物,是未来金融业发展的目标模式.网络金融促进了金融业方式和内容的发展与变革,也使传统法律面临着巨大的挑战.网络金融的有序发展有赖于有效的法律规制,应当秉持安全性与效益性并重、自治与国家监管相结合、中立、开放与兼容等原则,完善和丰富网络金融法体系.

| Abstract: | The online finance is the result that information technology of the network and modern finance combined together, which is the goal mode that financial circles developed in the future. The online finance has promoted the development and change of financial circles way and content, and make the traditional law face the enormous challenge too. The orderly development of the online finance depends on the effective legal structure, we should adhere to such principle as security and benefit, autonomy and country supervise, neutrality, open and compatible, and perfect and enrich the online financial law system. |
