| 摘 要： | 2001年婚姻法和少数民族习惯法对婚姻关系的缔结都有着自己的限制.但因为伦理观念、风俗习惯、历史传统不同等因素,二者之间必然存在着一定的冲突.正确认识冲突现象,分析冲突存在的原因,找到解决冲突的方法,是促进婚姻法在少数民族地区施行,确保社会稳定的重要保障.

| Abstract: | Both the Marriage Law(2001)and the Customary Law of Ethnic Minority has its own resriction on the establishment of marriage relation .Yet,because of the differences among moral principles ,custom and tradition of history,there must be some conflicts between Marriage Law and Customary Law of Ethic Minority .How to realize the conflicts correctly and analyse the original causes and then find a solution to slove them can promote the execution of Marriage Law in Ethic Minority regions ,and it also guarantee a steady society. |
