摘    要:目的 为尸体血管造影剂组织外渗的评估建立一种动物模型.方法 配置不同浓度的碘海醇造影剂在体外进行CT扫描,选取ROI(S=100.0 mm2)并记录CT值;在家兔体内分别注射不同浓度的碘海醇造影剂后进行CT扫描,在主动脉弓内随机选取3个ROI(S=2.0 mm2)并记录CT值;在家兔体内分别注射不同浓度PEG+5%碘海...

Abstract:Objective To establish an animal model for the evaluation of tissue extravasation of angiographic agents in cadavers.Methods Different concentrations of iohexol contrast agents were used in vitro CT scanning.ROI(S=100.0 mm2)was selected and CT value was recorded;After injecting different concentration of iohexol contrast agents in rabbits,CT scan was performed.Three ROIs(S=2.0 mm2)were randomly selected in the aortic arch and CT value was recorded;The mixture of contrast agent of PEG and 5% iohexol was injected into rabbits respectively,and then CT scan and 3 D reconstruction were performed.Results In vitro experiments confirmed that there was a positive correlation between iohexol and CT value in contrast agent(r=0.998);The concentration of iohexol contrast agent is positively correlated with the CT value of rabbit tissues(r=0.974);The addition of appropriate amount of PEG(≥60%)to the iohexol contrast agent can effectively reduce the leakage of the tissues around the gastrointestinal tract in rabbit cadaver.Conclusion The addition of appropriate amount of PEG(≥60%)to the iohexol contrast agent can effectively reduce the leakage of gastrointestinal tissues in cadaver.Rabbits could be an effective animal model for evaluating the leakage of tissues of contrast agents.
