关于我国社会保障制度建设的法律思考

建立健全与经济发展水平相适应的社会保障体系,让更多的人享有社会保障,是全面建设小康社会、构建和谐社会、实现社会公平的重要保证。我国在建设社会主义市场经济的过程中,强调全面、协调和可持续发展,使社会保障制度取得重大进展,但仍需对我国现有的社会保障制度进行改革与完善,着力关注社会弱势群体,满足社会成员基本生活需求。因此,必须加快社会保障立法进程,从法律层面上确保社会保障制度落到实处,让全体人民共享改革发展的成果。

Considering the Legislation of the Establishment of the Social Security System in Our Country

Establishing a sound social security system to be commensurate with the level of economic development and to let more people enjoy social security is essential for completely building a middle-class family,setting up a harmonious society and realizing the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development.We have made significant progress in the social security system.But our government still needs to reform and improve the current social security system,to focus on the social concerns of vulnerable groups and to meet the basic needs of life for its members.Therefore,we must accelerate the process of social security legislation,ensure the social security system implemented from the legal level and let all the people share the results of the reform and development.
