我国西部大开发的初期策略和旅游经济发展的关系

我国西部和东部的差距不是表现在大城市之间的差距 ,主要表现在西部生态和生存环境的恶化及乡镇企业和个体企业落后。这种差距不是靠外部投资办几十个大企业或修几十条路就能缩小的。在目前的情况下 ,应当采取的开发策略是以旅游经济为先导 ,以改善生态和生存环境为中心 ,以优惠政策稳定发展乡镇企业和个体经济 ,推广科学种养业 ,使广大农村逐步富裕起来

The Relations between the Initial Strategies of West Development and Tourism Economy

The gaps between China's west and east region are not the cities but the ecological and living environment,village and township enterprises and individual economy.Building some factories or roads would not narrow the gaps.At present,the development strategies should be as follow:giving prority to developing tourism economy;laying stress on improving the ecological and living environment;developing village and township enterprises and individual economy by implementing preferential policies as well as spreading scientific growth to make the vast rural areas rich gradually.
