| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是对经济增长论的超越。发展文化经济可以推动社会弥补纯粹市场经济造成的价值缺憾。文化经济要求构建全新的文化价值结构。即“以人为本”文化经济要求构建全新的文化价值结构。即“以人为本,促进人的全面发展。”
