| Abstract: | How to differentiate the works that copyright belong to the legal entity or other entity from the other works for hire is a difficult issue.The author suggests that the works which copyright belong to the legal entity or other entity must meet the criterion,that is,the works present the legal entity.There are three ways to judge it:the author's name in works;the content of works;the nature and object of works.Desiring to develop and maintain the protection of rights of authors in theit literary works and emphasizing the outstanding significance of copyright protection as an incentive for literary creation,the works which copyright belong to the legal entity or other entity should be interpreted strictly. |
