| 摘 要： | 中国与俄罗斯接近是当前国际关系体系的主要特点之一。中俄两国均实行异于西方的独立外交政策,互补性较强。俄罗斯拥有军事、外交等相对优势,中国则是经济强国。中亚地区并未成为个别西方专家认为的所谓"两国竞争的根源",反而成为两国合作的重要区域。上海合作组织成为中俄合作的主要平台,印度和巴基斯坦加入之后,该组织的合作更是扩大至整个印太地区。朝鲜半岛是中俄协调的重要区域。2000年以来,中俄两国不断提高军队协作水平,为建立紧密的军事合作关系做了大量技术性准备,但政治准备明显不足。
