农民工犯罪若干问题探析

农民工犯罪是指进城务工的农民在城镇的犯罪,它具有城乡流动、经济选择和城镇诱因等特征。研究农民工犯罪应当立足中国实际,继承和发扬"实事求是"的优良学风,加强实证和理论研究。政府要承担起改善农民工城市工作和生活条件的责任,全社会要树立起与农民工一起创造新家园的观念。

Some Issues on the Crime of Migrant Workers

The crime of migrant workers refers to the crime committed at towns or cities.by the peasants who enter towns or cities and do manual work.It is featured as floating between towns and villages,being selected by economy and being induced by towns or cities.To study the crime,we must base ourselves upon the Chinese reality,inherit and carry forward the good style of study "to be practical and realistic",and enhance the study of evidence and system.The government should take the responsibility of improving the migrant workers' working and living conditions in towns and cities.The whole society should set up a new idea that we build our hometown together with the migrant workers.
