Regional Cooperation of Northeast Asia and the Revitalization of the Old Industrial Base in Northeast China

The old industrial base in Northeast China had done huge contribution to the economic development of the whole country. Since the reform and opening,the old industrial base in Northeast China has been hustled to the edge of socio-economic development. It is of great importance to utilize the favorable foreign market and the resources in plucking up the old industrial base in Northeast China. Considering the development of Northeast China and Northeast Asia as a whole is favorable for Northeast China to pluck up and develop in the opening environment.
