| 摘 要： | 目前,关于仲裁中是否存在第三人的问题是理论界争论的一个焦点。结合我国国情及法治社会的需要,仲裁中应允许第三人的存在,但仲裁中引入第三人的规定应结合仲裁的特点及司法实践的需要来进行。
