社会主义初级阶段"法治"与"德治"结合机制初论

建设社会主义法治国家是党在新时期提出的重大理论创新和奋斗目标,代表了正确的前进方向。在建设社会主义法治国家过程中,必须将“法治”与“德治”相结合,二者缺一不可,这在社会主义初级阶段显得尤其迫切。二者的结合使“法治”与“德治”均具有新的内涵,表现出鲜明的特点。最终形成体制化、扩展化、积极化的社会主义法治体系和开放的、积极向上的尊重法律权威的社会主义思想道德体系。

Combined Mechanism of "Rule by Law" and "Rule by Morality" in Preliminary Stage of Socialism

To build a socialist country ruled by law is a major theoretic innovation and struggle target advanced by the CPC in the new era, embodying a correct direction of progress. In the course of building a socialist country ruled by law, the two indispensable factors, "rule by law" and "rule by morality", must be combined, particularly imminent in the preliminary stage of socialism. The combined"rule by law" and "rule by morality" will enable them to take on a new connotation with vivid characteristic and ultimately develop into a systematic, expanding and active socialist system of rule by law and open, vigor-ous socialist ideological and moral system observing legal authority.
