| Abstract: | Outlook of scientific development, which is in accordance with the strategic requirement of the comprehensive construction of comparatively well-off society, sets up the human-oriented sense of development. It comes out in favor of trade union's work in theory, whose basis duty is to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff members. At present, it is an important task for the trade union organizations of all levels to use outlook on scientific development to guide and further develop trade union's activities. |
