| 摘 要： | 平等与自由是民法的基本理念 ,这一理念的发展是以市场经济为基础的。长期以来 ,由于中国市场经济不发达 ,导致中国民法理念亦不发达。WTO的宗旨和基本原则与民法的理念是一致的 ,同时 ,中国加入 WTO会极大地推动中国市场经济的发展 ,因此 ,中国加入 WTO会推动中国民法理念的发展

| Abstract: | Equality and freedom is the basic principle of civil law, the development of which is based on market economy. For a long time, because of market economy is not developed, China civil law principle is not developed,either. The aim and basic principle of WTO is the same with the principle of civil law, at the same time, China entering into WTO will strengthen China market economy development, so, China entering into WTO will strengthen development of China civil law principle. |
