| Abstract: | The collective land ownership of our country is not the ownership in the civil law in essence and the collective land ownership embodied by its powers and functions is the ownership falling short of the reality,so the powers and functions of the rural collective land ownership in our country should be perfected by constructing the system of legal person's land ownership and attaching importance to the ownership with nature of real right . |
