Study on Ways to Prevent and Control Loss of State Owned Assets Crime

The loss of State Owned Assets (SOA) crime causes tremendous losses to the development of national economy and becomes the huge impediment to the economic and political security of our country. This article begins with the analysis of the causes of SOA loss crime, and then points out the conception of double-layer mode of prevention and control of the SOA loss crime, which strengthens that the system of prevention and control of SOA loss crime should be constructed from the double levels of the perfection of State Owned Assets supervision system and SOA legal system.
