| 摘 要： | 资本结构不仅影响企业的经营绩效,也对企业治理结构与治理效率产生重要影响。正是国有企业资本结构的畸形发展导致了我国国有企业治理的失效。解决问题的根本途径是:优化产权比例;加强债务管理,合理设置股权结构;必须从资本结构的优化入手,探索出一条行之有效的途径,以完善公司的治理机制。

| Abstract: | Capital structure has an effect on the management achievements of enterprises as well as their governance structure and efficiency.The abnormal development of capital structure in state-owned enterprise contributes to the inefficient governance.Therefore,the fundamental means to solve this problem is to optimize the proportion of property right,enhance the debt management,and rationalize the equity structure.Starting with optimizing capital structure,we should explore an effective way to promote corporate governance mechanism. |
