| Abstract: | Only when police departments and police learn to adapt to the uncertain changes and development of modern society can the new pattern of policing play the due role in constructing a safe,steady,harmonious society.Therefore,We should realize the police's primary function,construet new police-people relationship,deepen the reform of policing in an all-round way and construct a modernized new pattern of policing combining regression and reflection with development and progress. |
