| 摘 要： | 社会文明程度的提高和人们法制观念的增强,人们越发注重对个人权利的保护,尤其是精神利益的自我保护意识呈越来越强化之势.本文拟对精神损害赔偿的涵义、适用范围以及精神损害赔偿在法律实践中面临的有关问题进行探讨,由此提出健全和完善我国精神损害赔偿之立法对策.

| Abstract: | With the raise of the degree of social civilization and strength of people's view of legitimacy, man pays more attention to defense of personnel rights, especially the trend of self- defense of personnel spirit rights is going stronger and stronger. The essay tries to discuss the connotation of payment to spiritual harm, width to be used and some problems faced in the legal practice of payment to spiritual harm. Based on it, the author will put forward the countermeasures to improve the systems of payment to spiritual harm. |
