A Strategic Study of the Protection of the Intellectual Property of Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine

The industry of the traditional Chinese herbal medicine is faced with the test of globalization and the development of knowledge society. The problems such as the backwardness in technology and in the conception, the weakness in the awareness of the protection of its intellectual properties and the smallness in the sizes of the industries have to be taken into serious account. As a comprehensive strategy for the sake of protection, the right of works, the right of patent, commercial secrets, branding are all useful.
