| Abstract: | Traditional political mentality has dual effects on citizens' political participation, bringing either positive or negative influence on their consciousness, intentions and techniques of political participation. Therefore, reasonable approaches should be explored to help citizens form wholesome political mentality and build up sound political character in a modern sense. |
