| 摘 要： | 本文以北京某医院住院部的工伤截瘫患者为研究对象，着重阐述社会制度尤其是工伤保险政策对工伤截瘫患者的影响。试图通过此研究引起社会各界对工伤患者的社会回归问题的关注，促成相关问题的解决。
