| 摘 要： | 当前经济犯罪侦查理论与实践中的难点和热点问题主要可归结为以下五个方面 :经济犯罪侦查协作机制建设 ;经济犯罪侦查基础业务建设 ;经济犯罪侦查工作规范化建设 ;经济犯罪侦查工作涉及的法律问题 ;经济犯罪案件初查及侦查对策。总结现有研究成果 ,借鉴经侦实践成功经验 ,对上述问题进行剖析 ,探寻解决对策 ,是经济犯罪侦查理论研究面临的重要课题。

| Abstract: | The focuses and difficulties lying in research on economic investigative theory and in practice could be classified five aspects as below,construction of cooperation mechanism in economic crime investigation,construction of basic profession in economic crime investigation,standardization of economic crime investigation,juridical issues concerned in economic crime investigation,strategy of preliminary investigation and crime investigation into economic crime case.To summarize the existing achievements in scientific research,draw practical succeed experience from the practice of economic crime investigation,analyze these issues offered here,and to find countermeasures,which is one of important tasks of study on economic crime investigation. |
