困难职工群体问题研究

在我国结构调整和深化改革的进程中 ,一些深层次矛盾不断暴露 ,客观上要求工会把维护困难职工群体合法利益作为当前的重点工作来抓 ,发挥工会在维护社会政治稳定中的作用。本文着力剖析困难职工群体问题的主要成因 ,针对困难职工群体的主要特征 ,提出工会积极协助党政维护困难职工群众合法权益的主要途径。

Study a Problem of Those in Dire Need Group

In the process of readjusting the industrial structure and economic reform developing in depth, some contradictions constantly expose. The trade unions should pay attention to protecting those in dire need group's legitimate rights and interests at present in order to give full play to the role of their protecting social and political stability. The article analysed the main reasons of this group and put forward a main way that the trade unions should assist the Party and Chinese government to protect this group's legitimate rights and interests.
