| Abstract: | The relevant systems of Canadian criminal justice are quite distinctive and are of an important reference to China.We should gradually improve the system of the special protection of the rights of the juvenile offenders,improve the collaborative relationship of police and prosecution,reasonably introduce the system of plea bargaining,and establish and improve the evidence discovery system. |
