| 摘 要： | 我国现有的民事执行往往遵循"单线模式",即在一个执行财产的框架下,对于效率和公正做抉择。这样的前提,在制度设计方面极易出现此消彼长的情况,因此设想借保险制度引入,实现效率和公正可同时保障的"双线模式"。
