| 摘 要： | 在公安高校开设计算机犯罪取证课程是公安教育自身发展的需要,也是打击高度综合特征科技犯罪、推动公安“金盾工程”进一步的扩充扩展的要求。当前在计算机犯罪取证方面的研究成果和师资状况使课程的开设成为可能。应该加强相关人员的协同合作,从课程教学内容、教学模式、教学方法和评估体系等方面进行系统的设计。

| Abstract: | Opening curriculum of seeking evidence of computer crimes in public security colleges is not only the need of public security education itself,but the need of striking crimes with highly synthetic science and technology characteristics and promoting further expansion of "Gold-shield Project".At present,research achievement of seeking evidences of computer crimes and state of teachers make it possible to open the curriculum.Cooperation of interrelated staff should be strengthened to design the curriculum systematically from such respects as teaching content,teaching model,teaching methods and evaluation system. |
