| 摘 要： | 教学督导是高等院校为主动适应教学改革和发展的需要,对教学工作实施监督与指导的一项制度。在教学管理中实行教学督导制度,是新建本科院校提高教育质量的一项有效措施。教学督导的基本职责是:加强高教研究,发挥参谋作用;加强对课堂教学的督导;加强对教学部门管理工作的督导。
