Availability of information to the public--Department of Health and Human Services. Proposed rule

The Department of Health and Human Services is proposing to amend its regulations implementing the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). This proposal would increase fees for FOIA searches and copying, to reflect increased costs to the Department. It also proposes guidelines for the waiver or reduction of fees.
