| Abstract: | In Japan, the road traffic control of Tokyo is operated by scientific management and organized system. Due to improved and perfect facilities, city traffic is unobstructed. At the same time, because of the effective traffic control and favorable quality of traffic actors, by the aid of computers and networks, the traffic control of Tokyo is advanced with developing country. We should set up scientific concepts of development and correct concepts of achievements in our official career of Shanghai. |
